Taking Banker-Client Relationship to the Next Level
Reaching your most valuable customers conveniently on their desktops, creates an immediacy and intimacy that increases customer satisfaction, encourages more transactions, and consequently generates more revenue. Doc2Mail™ allows secure bi-directional email communication between the bank and its customers. Both the bank and the customer can initiate email communication at all times, including off-hours. No Download Required Doc2Mail™ does not require download of software in order to view the statement. It can be used from any common email application (e.g. Outlook), any web-based email (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) and from mobile phones. The customer receives a regular email with a security mark, which is defined upon registration. At this point the customer simply opens the attachment, types-in a password and views the email. Secure Response and Actions Preferred customers can not only view the email, they can respond to it and invoke transactions. The emails can include a secure response button which creates a new secure email to the bank. Receipt Certification Doc2Mail™ features Receipt Certification, which allows the bank to certify that the email (e.g. containing a statement or a notification) has been received and has been opened by the appropriate recipient at a certain time. This feature is especially important when the bank wants to validate that the paper statement is not needed. Origin Concealment for Strict Privacy Many Private Banking customers are extremely zealous about their privacy. Doc2Mail™ maintains the strict privacy level in the email communication between the Wealth Manager and the Client. All email correspondence can have the origin of the email concealed. For example, the emails from the bank may have “John Doe” as their sender. Cross-Promotion and Branding Opportunities Doc2Mail™ leverages the statements and notifications to deliver personalized messages, based on CRM profiles, demographic information, banking activity and more. The cross promotions and personalized offerings can appear in the statements or in any other email sent to the customer. Automated Alerts Email alerts encourage clients to perform financial activities without human intervention. The email alerts can be sent to any customer based on account related or registered events. For example, the customer can choose to be notified by an email alert when an exchange rate reaches a certain threshold. When the event occurs, the customer may receive an email alert with the following message - “Euro to US Dollar rate has reached X”. Multiple Statements in a Single Email Multiple statements, notifications and alerts may be sent in one email with multiple attachments. |
